Our automation systems:
- Remove parts from the machine immediately, as soon as they are finished.
- Important for single piece flow (JIT) environments.
- Sorts and stacks parts with no operator involvement.
- Removes skeletons separately from the parts, and stacks them automatically.
- Operators do not need to remove parts from the skeleton.
- Handles maximum machine capacities.

PartHANDLER-II™ Automation System (optional)

Small Part Removal (standard)
All Whitney machines are equipped with drop doors for small part removal at no additional cost.
- Automatically removes parts up to 24" x 60" (600 x 1500 mm).
- Confirms part removal.
- 2.5 seconds per drop.
- Use the MULTI-PIECE DROP FUNCTION to remove multiple parts with one torch start, and one drop – a 3 to 4 second savings per part!
- An optional conveyor moves parts directly to the operator’s station.
Skeleton Removal Table (optional)
