- Precision gear racks, coupled with linear ways, drive the gantry on both sides of the table (dual drive) for high stability and excellent contour definition.
- A stiff tubular steel gantry provides robustness and stiffness. Steel is not as susceptible to thermal growth and distortion as aluminum.
- Screens prevent small parts from falling into slag container.
- Plenty of independently controlled fume collection zones, coupled with the optional dust collector, provides optimum fume collection, keeping your shop as clean as possible. Whitney's unique "lift-off top" provides the necessary access for table clean-out.
