Louvre punch and die combinations can be used with numerically controlled presses, precision gaging presses and manually operated duplicators. The louvers are formed in the "up" position which allows positive stripping of the materials from the die. Replaceable cutting and forming inserts allow five different lengths of cuts to be made.

The customer chooses the length of one insert set to be included with the purchase price. Additional insert sets to produce other size louvers can be purchased separately. The pressure switch of the hydraulic press is used for proper forming.
